Congrats on your book launch and teaching at UArts! I graduated from there with a BFA in Painting. Your book tour sounds like it was very successful. I am envious you get to do an event with David Weisner, who I consider a god.

Thank you! And oh, what a coincidence. Did you like your experience at the school? I'm still learning the ropes around the school haha.

And yeah, getting to speak to David feels just as unreal. He is a Philly area native so at least we're both local. If you want to ask him questions, feel free to come to the event on Sunday!

Well, it WAS in another century, but I did love it there. I think it is a very different place than when I went to school there. I loved the old building before they renovated it. There was an open (to the outside) courtyard in the center of the old building (the one with the columns, with stairways that didn't go to all the floors, so you had to know how to get to all your classes. Sometimes you'd have to go to another part of the building to continue your trip to your class. There were some fantastic teachers there, and many I wish I had studied with, but didn't get to.

Alas (or not) I now live across the country from Philly so won't be able to be there or I would.
